Ms. Bijoux has always had a strong conviction for giving back to the community and philanthropy. Her public service and volunteer work has been with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club, March of Dimes, the Susan G. Komen walk for Breast Cancer, numerous events for the Haiti earthquake relief projects, involvement with the Public Interest Law Society of Nova Southeastern University School of Law, raising thousands of cans of food, and donating turkeys for Thanksgiving to the less fortunate, involvement with NSU Law’s Christian Legal Society and Black Law Student Society partnering with The Broward Partnership for The Homeless, providing meals and living essentials to the homeless, and feeding the homeless of Broward County. Ms. Bijoux’s currently serves as the 2017 assistant cheerleading coach at the Lester H. White Boys and Girls Club of Broward County. Ms. Bijoux has also recently started her own charitable organization “Breakthrough by Beatrice Bijoux”, an organization dedicated to giving back to impoverished and struggling communities in South Florida. The mission of this organization is to help children, families, and highlight the key to breaking the barriers of poverty is education and unity. Another mission of the organization is to help and conduct special projects in Haiti to battle poverty and promote education. Also to collaborate and give to other reputable charities and causes in Florida.
